We don’t accept medical insurance for services included in your membership, newborn package, or home visits. This means no co-pays and no surprise bills!

We may utilize your insurance for lab tests and imaging services. For this reason, we will collect insurance information during registration.
Yes, you can use your HSA/FSA to pay for the monthly membership and any additional services.
We recommend you have health insurance in case your child needs medical care that falls outside of primary care management (e.g. emergency visits, urgent care visits, hospitial admissions, or specialists care)
Many conditions can be diagnosed and treated through phone, text, or video call. If you are within the United States, Dr. Patel can call in a medication to your nearest pharmacy.
If your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. You will have direct access to your pediatrician and can reach out at any time. While we strive to prevent urgent care or emergency room visits whenever possible, emergencies can arise unexpectedly.
Labs and imaging can be done through insurance or through our discounted rates. These rates are significantly reduced and are only offered to members only.
