    • 3 years to 5 years: $145/month per child

4th Trimester Package

Your 4th trimester is a sacred season of healing, learning, and connection. This package is designed to provide maternal and newborn care in the comfort of your home with unlimited home visits after delivery.

Our goal is to walk alongside you in those early weeks, so you feel confident, cared for, and connected as you adjust to life with your newborn.

    • Unlimited home visits until your baby is 4 months old

    • Lactation counseling with a board-certified lactation consultant

      • Support for latching challenges, painful breastfeeding, milk supply concerns, and tracking milk transfer

    • Newborn health monitoring to ensure your little one is thriving

      • Guidance on feeding, weight gain, and developmental milestones

    • Vaccines administered in your home for convenience and comfort

    • Unlimited direct communication with your pediatrician for peace of mind

    • Prenatal planning:

      • Discuss your feeding goals, learn hand expression, choose the right pump, and prepare for a smoother recovery

    • Postpartum care:

      • In-home visits for healing support, blood pressure monitoring, and symptom review with close collaboration with your OB or midwife.**

    • Feeding support:

      • Expert guidance for breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, supply issues, mastitis, and transitioning back to work.

    • Emotional wellbeing:

      • Screening for postpartum depression and anxiety, along with trusted mental health resources and compassionate support.

    • Family involvement:

      • Partner and family education to help everyone feel confident, connected, and supported through this season of change.

    **Care provided by Thrive Pediatrics is designed to complement—not replace—routine postpartum care with your Ob-Gyn or midwife.

    • $1,500 (birth to 4 months)

      • $500 deposit is required

        Services are available for clients residing within a 20-mile radius.

One Time Maternal Care Visits

We offer one time visits for mothers up to one year postpartum. Our nurse practitioner provides postpartum care to support you- whether you’re navigating recovery, facing breastfeeding challenges, or simply seeking extra guidance and reassurance along the way.

    • Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) Evaluation and Treatment

    • Vaginitis Assessment and Management

    • Sinustis, Cold and Flu Treatment

    • Mastitis Evaluation and Treatment

    • Thyroid Disorder Screening

    • Perinatal Mood Disorder Screening and Support

      • Includes medication guidance, follow-up care, and connections to trusted mental health resources

    • Lactation-Compatible Medication Counseling

    • Lactation support for nonmembers
